[Investigating] Some schools aren't able to receive calls or dial out, some other schools are experiencing a busy tone when trying to be reached. We've also noticed calls from phone numbers with an 801 area code are being dropped by our system as well. We are investigating these issues and are hoping to have them resolved as quickly as possible, however we don't have an ETA at this time.

[Monitoring] Microsoft has had an outage that has taken down some of our third-party software programs. If you are having trouble accessing sites such as iVisions, this may be the case. The issue should be resolved when the third-party company fixes a recent update that took down these different programs.
