In the meantime, it's been observed that refreshing the browser page resolves the behavior and allows the search to complete. We'll be reaching out as soon as this new client is available.

AWS Outage impacting Clever and other services: From Clever: Identified - Amazon AWS, a service that works with Clever, is experiencing a issue that is preventing users from being able to log in to Clever. We are monitoring the issue and will provide status updates as they become available.
