From Content Keeper: Our team has identified the source of this YouTube search interruption, and an upcoming Windows SK client release will address this behavior. In the meantime, it's been observed that refreshing the browser page resolves the behavior and allows the search to complete. We'll be reaching out as soon as this new client is available.

We are aware of an issue involving Teacher-Led YouTube videos not playing in Nearpod. This issue is interfering with students' ability to answer questions in videos. Please be advised that we are aware of the issue, and it has been reported by other school districts as well.

AWS Outage impacting Clever and other services: From Clever: Identified - Amazon AWS, a service that works with Clever, is experiencing a issue that is preventing users from being able to log in to Clever. We are monitoring the issue and will provide status updates as they become available. Feb 10, 2026 - 13:25 PST Investigating - Clever is currently investigating an issue where clever.com/login is inaccessible. As soon as we have more information, we will provide an update. The Chromebook extension has been updated on the Chromebooks. It appears to have resolved the issue . We will continue to monitor it.
