When using the staff login on www.tooeleschools.org some people are getting an OOPS 500 error. This is a Finalsite issue and they are working on identifying the cause of the issue. Some are able to login in with multiple tries.

There is an issue with Google Chrome's latest update causing tabs to refresh. This is causing Skyward to refresh and the refreshed tab brings up a pop up stating there are multiple logins. There are no multiple login attempts to be concerned with. The work around is to use the Edge browser that has no issues with tabs refreshing.

From Content Keeper: Our team has identified the source of this YouTube search interruption, and an upcoming Windows SK client release will address this behavior. In the meantime, it's been observed that refreshing the browser page resolves the behavior and allows the search to complete. We'll be reaching out as soon as this new client is available.

We are aware of an issue involving Teacher-Led YouTube videos not playing in Nearpod. This issue is interfering with students' ability to answer questions in videos. Please be advised that we are aware of the issue, and it has been reported by other school districts as well.

IDENTIFIED

We met with ContentKeeper and confirmed that the traffic is being blocked by the filter; however, we were unable to identify the specific URL that needs to be allowed at this time. Content Keeper suggested updating to the newer client, Student Keeper, which may resolve the issue. CK will also reach out to Nearpod to obtain any additional URLs that may need to be whitelisted, which could resolve the issue. We will provide another update as soon as we receive that information.

We have a confirmed fix, which includes installing the new Student Keeper client on Windows machines. We are testing this before pushing it out to ensure there is no negative impact.
